The "Works of Hope" series

Saturday was the big day for the final paintings Mitch completed for the Baskets of Hope event through Seacoast church. Three paintings were auctioned off and the one he worked on at the event was raffled off at the end of the afternoon. There's more painting to be done still, though! There were several art commissions that were born out of this fun experience! We're working to have our website up by the end of this month and at that time we'll be posting pics of all the different art work. Here's a couple of images in the meantime.

why did you not let your kids paint with you?

Relative to the painting and my kids ... for the trained eye Maddi did some great additions to "The Promise" and "Hope for Tomorrow" paintings. Her contributions were limited to the height her paint brush would reach though! Relative to my boy ... he just likes to eat paint right now.
