The Home and Living Showcase is the perfect opportunity to explore the latest trends in home design and construction by meeting acclaimed builders, interior designers, and home and landscape architects. For those who are contemplating building a home, the Home and Living Showcase will offer a turnkey environment where one can explore everything from financing a home construction loan to viewing the latest materials and products available. Product samples, demonstrations, and expert advice make this event one that will not only generate great ideas but jump-start any residential construction project, whether that is a custom home built from scratch, a beautiful organic garden, or remodeling effort.
The Home and Living Showcase is part of The Cliffs’ 20th Year Celebration, a season of special events being held throughout 2009 to commemorate this special time in The Cliffs’ history.
Located on Highway 11 (Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway) in Travelers Rest, S.C., near the intersection with Highway 25, The Village at Mountain Park is a pedestrian village located midway between Greenville, S.C., and Asheville, N.C. The Village will feature a home design
center, boutique retail, restaurants, and Class A professional office spaces, as well as residential and lodging options. Liquid Highway, a Greenville-based coffee house, will open in Summer 2010.
